🌟 Short-Term Leasing Support Needed (Bilingual Required)
BGSF is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant (English + Spanish) to provide temporary leasing support at a busy apartment community in Austin. This is a two-day assignment perfect for someone polished, reliable, and confident in both customer service and leasing tasks.
🏡 What You’ll Do
- Greet prospective residents and conduct tours
- Lease available apartment homes and manage follow-up
- Assist with applications, paperwork, and front-office tasks
- Answer phones, handle inquiries, and support resident communication
- Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish

- Bilingual: English + Spanish required
- Leasing or strong customer service experience
- Professional communication and strong follow-up skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
