We are seeking an oral and maxillofacial surgeon to join our well-established, private practice. Our ideal candidate will have a strong desire to grow with the practice, be board eligible or certified (not a must, but preferable), and be able to contribute to our positive office culture. With high revenue and state-of-the-art facilities, we offer a highly rewarding environment. Currently, there is a high volume of in-house referrals and we are looking for the right candidate to have a vision for external growth. You will have a dedicated marketing team as well as support staff to help with your continual growth. New grads are encouraged to apply!

Position Details:

• Full-time opportunity
• 35%-40% collections (negotiable)
• Full benefits, including PTO, sign on bonus ($10k-$15k depending on contract terms), malpractice/CE assistance, and comprehensive health insurance

• Equity partnership offered as early as 1 year
