InteLogix is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its recruitment operations in Copperas Cove, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with candidates, and can manage multiple hiring activities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
As part of the recruitment team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to identify, attract, and onboard top talent. You will also play a key role in ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with team members and hiring stakeholders to support recruitment efforts
- Source potential candidates through job boards, online platforms, and other channels
- Conduct candidate screenings via Microsoft Teams and in-person interviews
- Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews with the operations team
- Welcome candidates onsite and guide them through assessments and interview procedures
- Follow up with applicants throughout the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience
- Partner with operations teams to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines by connecting with colleges, agencies, and recruitment platforms
- Evaluate candidate qualifications through interviews, reference checks, and comparison to job requirements
- Facilitate the hiring process including documentation, testing, and compliance with company and EEO standards
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and records
- Manage recruitment-related inventory such as advertising tools and testing resources
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining performance standards
- Handle additional duties assigned by management as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or interviewing is considered an advantage
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to type quickly and use computer systems efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Capable of handling pressure and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must maintain consistent attendance; work schedule falls between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable using Windows-based systems and basic office software
- Efficient keyboard and mouse handling skills
