The Role

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery and mechanical systems. Work independently to keep our manufacturing operations running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on CNC equipment (Mazak, Mazatrol, Mitsubishi, Siemens Control, Mori Seiki, QEM, Nagel TBT)
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on NC and manual equipment, including multi-axis lathes and mills
• Troubleshoot power drives and control systems on heavy mechanical equipment
• Install new mechanical and electrical equipment
• Train team members and create maintenance checklists for operators
• Maintain detailed reports on maintenance activities
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements

Requirements

Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Expert-level experience with CNC machine maintenance and repair
• Hands-on expertise with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong troubleshooting skills

Safety Training Required:

• Forklift, electrical safety, emergency response, first aid, hazardous materials, and PPE compliance
