We’re expanding our support team to include a Inbound/Outbound Call Rep. who will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our online platforms. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest, whether they’re asking about menu items, orders, or employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers reaching out via inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide accurate information regarding menu items, orders, and job opportunities.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain high of customer satisfaction through clear communication and excellent service.
- Record and document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively answer customer questions.
- li> Handle returns or complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage difficult or customers.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with call center software and online communication tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Experience with live chat support is a plus, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
