Key ResponsibilitiesLead all daily kitchen operations with precision and professionalism
Ensure flawless execution across all culinary stations

Monitor inventory, efficiency, and overall kitchen performance
Proven experience in comparable leadership roles within upscale dining concepts
Strong background in sushi operations
