Back of House Leader in Training

Back of House Leader in Training:

• Pay: $18-22/hr (depends on availability & experience)
• Working Hours: Monday-Saturday starting by at least 2pm and available until 11pm
• Fridays & Saturdays required
• Full Time: 5-6 shifts per week
• At least 1 year of kitchen or restaurant-specific experience strongly preferred
• Resume required

You will be trained to handle these responsibilities:

• Manage all responsibilities in leading a team
• Work in all kitchen staff roles
• Implement proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures
• Work in a fast paced, high energy environment with a great team
• Produce high quality food with precision and accuracy
• Take pride in your work! Doing things right & quickly with proper safety standards

• Proven self-starter

• Ability to make decisions quickly
• Resilient - able to handle setbacks
• Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for several hours)
