ER RN Job Details – Kingwood, Texas
- Location: Kingwood, TX 77339 (Houston metro area)
- Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department (28 beds)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (September 22, 2025 – December 22, 2025)
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per month
- Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680–$1730 per week
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current certifications: TNCC, PALS, ACLS, BLS
- Proficient in IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, and EKG interpretation
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
- Adaptable, personable, and proactive healthcare professional
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a busy emergency room setting
- Perform ER nursing procedures: IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, EKGs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including RNs, techs, and support staff
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
- Follow all hospital policies, safety guidelines, and clinical protocols
- Educate and support patients and families during emergency situations
