You will connect with prospective and existing clients, educate them on insurance solutions, and guide them through the full sales process with the support of proven systems, training, and mentorship.
What You’ll Do
Conduct outbound and inbound calls with prospective and existing clients
Build rapport and develop long-term client relationships
Identify customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options
Manage the full sales cycle from lead to policy enrollment
Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversions
Stay up to date on products, compliance, and industry knowledge
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are:
Licensed Insurance Agents
Errors & Omissions (E&O/ENO) coverage
Strong tech skills and ability to navigate CRM systems and sales tools
Experience using digital platforms, apps, or remote sales technology
Highly motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
An entrepreneurial mindset with ownership over results
Strong communicators who build trust over the phone
Ability to market themselves and generate opportunities when needed
Previous experience in phone sales, customer service, or insurance
Strong objection-handling and communication skills
Bilingual abilities are a plus
