Accounting Clerk (AP/AR)
- Process invoices accurately and on time
- Prepare payments by check, ACH, or wire
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Match invoices with receiving in ServiceTitan
- Maintain vendor records, including 1099 information
- Support AR and assist with reports, audits, or cleanup projects
- 2–3 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with Intacct, QuickBooks, Peachtree, or ServiceTitan, or able to learn quickly
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
- Skilled at reconciliations and spotting errors
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
- Professional, collaborative, and able to work hard while fitting in with a fun team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- AP/AR experience in a field service or service-based business
- Ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Hands-on accounting experience
- Experience matching invoices with ServiceTitan or similar systems
