Bilingual Assistant Office Manager Needed

A growing family wellness Chiropractic clinic is looking to expand their team to be able to serve more of this amazing community! We are looking for someone who is more than just a front desk manager, but a true super-star in all areas. Candidates should have an amazing personality, be able to work diligently and efficiently, be dependable, and most importantly have a heart to help people. Someone who can take feedback both positive and negative, stay motivated, and want to continue to grow and learn.

We love on our patients and treat them like family. This will be more than just a job, it will be a position you will need to thrive in and be very passionate about. Phone, computer skills, keeping the office clean and tidy are required. If you are familiar with wellness/chiropractic care, that is definitely a bonus. You will also need to help with some therapy, patient input, taking payments, etc. We are quickly growing and need someone to come in who is a team player and loves helping people.

PART TIME POSITION (20+ HRS) WITH THE POTENTIAL TO CONVERT INTO FULL TIME (40+ HRS)

Duties Include:

Answering phone calls

Scheduling appointments

Creating and responding to social media

Inputting patient information; explaining the office procedures to new patients

Keeping the office clean and tidy

Providing excellent customer service

Clear and concise communicator

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) Sales Experience Attention to Detail

Experience is not required, but candidate must be a quick learner

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
