PTNB Academic Anesthesiologist (Dallas)

Opportunities are currently available in general anesthesiology. Responsibilities include direct patient care as well as teaching and supervision of anesthesiology residents and fellows, medical students, and other trainees.

Position in the subspecialties of cardiovascular, obstetric, pediatric anesthesiology, critical care medicine, pain management, and goal-oriented research occasionally occur. Consideration for appointment in these roles would be given to candidates with demonstrated training and/or experience in the field.

Applicants must have or be able to obtain a Texas medical license prior to employment and be BC/BE with the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA). Candidates are appointed as Assistant Instructor if they do not have board certification at hire; continued employment will be contingent upon receipt of ABA certification within two (2) years of initial hire date.
