Customer Service Representative - Syler Veterinary Clinic

Syler Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, TX. Our clinic is committed to providing exceptional veterinary care and customer service to our community’s pets and their owners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and friendly service to clients both over the phone and in person.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and treatments.
• Process payments and manage financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate and organized client and patient records.
• Educate pet owners on clinic policies and wellness care.
• Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy and welcoming.
• Assist in other administrative duties as needed.
• Cleaning and assisting in kennel area as needed.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

• Payrate: $13 - $16/hr - Depending on experience

Qualifications

• Experience & Education: High School Diploma + Prior experience 1 year as CSR is required
• Skills: Strong diagnostic, technical, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
