Sales leader Data Centers Instrumentation
Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of Instrumentation within Data Centers in the USA, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: Remote #LI-Remote This role is contributing to the Automation, Measurement and Analytics Division. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.

- Associates Degree in technology with combined 5 or more years sales experience, with at least 12 months Data centre sales experience.
- Ability to leverage your existing relationships in the industry to bring new selling opportunities to ABB
- Ability to develop and implement structured sales processes and strategies that improve efficiency and lead to winning
- Intense competitor knowledge; Passion for selling and winning.
- Resilience to overcome rejection.
- Obsessive focus on end users, their wants and needs, their goals and objectives, how they buy, how they maintain their equipment, how they partner with suppliers.
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels in ABB, our channel partners, and our end users (from field personnel to corner office).
- Solid understanding of instrumentation, level technology and markets is strongly preferred.
- Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
