Operation Program Engineer (A Group OPM 02 )
Purpose of the position
Responsible for managing the production planning, material control, cost, and inventory management processes to ensure project program.
Duties and Responsibilities This role’s responsibilities:
- Drive cross-function collaboration to ensure the smooth execution of various projects.
- Strong organizational and planning skill with a high level of holistic and strategic thinking, and attentions to details
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills, and good at presentation.
- Solid experiences in managing resources and preparinf appropriate documentation.
- Willingness to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new challenges.
- Customer relationship maintain / Customer visit reception
- Work with cross functional teams for budget planning, BOM building, build plan, security control etc
- Deal with production abnormal, such as material shortage/change, quality on hold, line down issue, etc.
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of program management. Working conditions
- Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
- This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
Skills:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Good communication skill
3. Can speak/listen/write/read Chinese is better
4. Have Server related working experience is better
