As an SSE, you'll work closely with Account Executives and clients to align business goals with our cutting-edge Specialized Solutions. You won't just sell-you'll consult, strategize, and guide clients toward increased operational efficiency using lean enterprise methodologies and connected data strategies. What You'll Do: As a Strategic Sales Consultant , you will: Lead discovery sessions to uncover client goals, pain points, and opportunities. Create future-state solution strategies for complex organizations. Guide clients through business process improvements across manufacturing, construction, and EPC industries. Engage with stakeholders across departments to build momentum and accelerate the sales cycle. Qualify expansion opportunities and build mutual action plans that lead to measurable outcomes. As a key player in Enterprise Account Planning , you will: Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to drive results. Help develop strategic account roadmaps tailored to each client's vision. Participate in targeted business development initiatives and campaigns. Maintain a robust pipeline and exceed revenue goals through consultative selling. What You Bring: ~ A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience). ~5+ years of experience in enterprise consultative sales. ~ A track record of closing high-value deals ($250k+) and engaging with C-level decision makers. ~ Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills. ~ A competitive spirit, top-performer mindset, and a passion for solving business challenges. ~ Willingness to travel 10-20%.
