Our neighborhood butcher and grocery shop is looking for a few thoughtful, enthusiastic Front of House Associates to join our team. We offer a dynamic work environment rooted in hospitality, sustainability, and seasonal eating.

About the Role:
As a Front of House Associate, you’ll play an essential part in creating a warm, welcoming space for our customers while keeping the shop running smoothly. You’ll work across all areas of FOH operations, including:

• Keeping grocery shelves, fridges, and freezers clean, stocked, and organized

• Receiving and putting away deliveries with care and accuracy

• Assisting in handling and stocking our gorgeous, locally-sourced produce

• Maintaining a neat and inviting store environment

• Engaging customers with product knowledge and great service

• Supporting the team in daily cleaning and reset tasks

• Helping create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and community

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Prior experience in retail or customer service (food-related is a plus, but not required)

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays
