QMHP - CS Intake Triage
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, or related field from an accredited college or university as required to qualify as
- Experience working in mental health preferred.
- Experience in crisis response preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of telehealth platforms with the ability to engage via multiple platforms as well as guide others in
- Self-starter who works closely with all team members and takes initiative in completing tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure effective communication regarding behavioral health needs and services.
- Knowledge of the social services system and the ability to connect individuals with appropriate services.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and computer-proficient with the ability to write clearly and professionally.
- Ability to respond to individuals with patience, empathy, and understanding.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
