Marketing & Content Specialist
Responsibilities - Collaborate with HR to create visually appealing job posts, social campaigns, and hiring materials.
- Design and manage email campaigns and internal updates for employees, including company news and important updates.
- Contribute to branding efforts, including swag ideas and culture-based campaigns.
- Manage and create content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos, incorporating branding elements and storytelling.
- Review and enhance the website for performance, design, SEO, and user experience, providing ongoing updates and recommendations.
- Monitor website traffic and performance analytics, offering actionable improvements.
- Partner with sales and operations teams to maintain consistent branding across all touchpoints.
- Provide creative insights to keep the brand fresh and culturally relevant.
- Strategize recruiting campaigns and employer branding projects.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, content, or digital media.
- Strong social media skills, including posts, video, and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in Canva and ideally Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite.
- Working knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and website editing (WordPress a plus).
- Solid photography and basic video editing skills.
- Organized, resourceful, and creative, with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team.
- Experience or willingness to train in flying drones for video/photography content.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Preferred but not required.
Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000/year
