Marketing & Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR to create visually appealing job posts, social campaigns, and hiring materials.
• Design and manage email campaigns and internal updates for employees, including company news and important updates.
• Contribute to branding efforts, including swag ideas and culture-based campaigns.
• Manage and create content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos, incorporating branding elements and storytelling.
• Review and enhance the website for performance, design, SEO, and user experience, providing ongoing updates and recommendations.
• Monitor website traffic and performance analytics, offering actionable improvements.
• Partner with sales and operations teams to maintain consistent branding across all touchpoints.
• Provide creative insights to keep the brand fresh and culturally relevant.
• Strategize recruiting campaigns and employer branding projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, content, or digital media.
• Strong social media skills, including posts, video, and audience engagement.
• Proficiency in Canva and ideally Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and website editing (WordPress a plus).
• Solid photography and basic video editing skills.
• Organized, resourceful, and creative, with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team.
• Experience or willingness to train in flying drones for video/photography content.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Preferred but not required.

Compensation

$60,000 - $70,000/year
