Are you an experienced Medical Office Scheduler looking for a full-time opportunity? Join a specialty medical practice conveniently located in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio. We’re seeking a dependable, punctual professional with exceptional telephone and organizational skills who thrives in patient-centered environments. Bilingual skills are a major PLUS!

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• $16.00-$17.00/hr (based on experience)
• Monday-Friday office hours (No weekends!)
• Medical, Dental, and Vision +
• North San Antonio

MEDICAL OFFICE SCHEDULER DUTIES:

• Answer phones professionally and courteously
• Take and relay clear, accurate messages
• Gather new patient information
• Schedule clinic appointments efficiently
• Manage and maintain patient charts
• Collect payments from patients
• Collaborate with clinical staff for seamless care

MEDICAL OFFICE SCHEDULER REQUIREMENTS:

• Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (required)
• At least 1 year of computer skills (required)
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
• Proficiency with office software and patient scheduling systems (desirable)
