Are you an experienced Medical Office Scheduler looking for a full-time opportunity? Join a specialty medical practice conveniently located in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio. We’re seeking a dependable, punctual professional with exceptional telephone and organizational skills who thrives in patient-centered environments. Bilingual skills are a major PLUS!
PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:
- $16.00-$17.00/hr (based on experience)
- Monday-Friday office hours (No weekends!)
- Medical, Dental, and Vision +
- North San Antonio
MEDICAL OFFICE SCHEDULER DUTIES:
- Answer phones professionally and courteously
- Take and relay clear, accurate messages
- Gather new patient information
- Schedule clinic appointments efficiently
- Manage and maintain patient charts
- Collect payments from patients
- Collaborate with clinical staff for seamless care
MEDICAL OFFICE SCHEDULER REQUIREMENTS:
- Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (required)
- At least 1 year of computer skills (required)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
- Proficiency with office software and patient scheduling systems (desirable)
