Role: Senior Full Stack Java Developer with React JS

Location: Plano, TX (On-site/Hybrid)

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications from end to end. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions using Java and React.js.

Key Responsibilities

Design and development: Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.

Front-end expertise: Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Back-end expertise: Develop and maintain back-end services and RESTful APIs using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot.

Database management: Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to design schemas, write queries, and manage data effectively.

DevOps and CI/CD: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

Mentorship and collaboration: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.

Code quality: Conduct code reviews and ensure the codebase adheres to best practices, coding standards, and security principles.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues across the entire application stack.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on the Java and React.js stacks.

Proficiency in Java (Java 8+) and extensive experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security).

Strong experience with React.js, including Redux, React Hooks, and modern front-end tooling.

Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).

Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.

Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
