Onsite HR assistant (Part time)
Now hiring a part time Onsite assistant to work 10-15 hours a week in Athens. You will meet with employees each day you report and go over their performance. Provide corrective actions as needed for behavior. Support employees daily needs and go over attendance reports with management. Will attend 1 meeting a week with client and supervisor to review employee status. Will education yourself on employee s and each department as needed.
Required skills
- Computer and cell phone savvy.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work and keep information confidential.
- Great conflict resolution skills
- The ability to build rapport with both clients and employees.
- Must have high school diploma or GED.
- Must be a brand ambassador of our brand and support all functions as needed.
Must be able to work two nights a week from 8pm-10pm, and two days a week from 2pm-4pm and must be available on Friday's as needed for drug testing.
Pay rate is $17-$18 depending on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
