Journeyman Plumber

Location: Waco, TX
Pay: $31-$36/hour depending on experience (earning potential up to $45/hour with performance incentives)

At Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing, we're looking for a Journeyman Plumber who wants more than daily service calls. This role is designed for someone ready to grow into a Master Plumber path, take on more responsibility over time, and help strengthen a developing plumbing division.

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and correctly
• Ensure all work complies with Texas plumbing codes and safety requirements
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain solutions clearly
• Support continuous improvement of processes and job quality standards
• Work independently in the field while coordinating with the team when needed

• Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and work within code specifications
• Comfortable working in varying job site conditions
• Interest in advancing toward Master Plumber and leadership roles
