Job Description:
Are you looking for a reliable, fast-paced role with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule? We are seeking a detail-oriented General Warehouse Associate to join our Northlake team. This is a dynamic role where you'll play a key part in our logistics cyclefrom the moment apparel hits our dock to the moment it's shipped out to customers. Key Responsibilities Packing & Quality Control: Prepare apparel for shipment by attaching hangers and packing items according to strict quality standards. Digital Auditing: Use warehouse computer systems to confirm, audit, and track merchandise before it is pushed out for delivery. Shipping & Receiving: Manually load and offload trucks; verify that all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate and undamaged. Operational Flexibility: Be a team player! You'll flex into different warehouse zones as needed based on daily business volume. Requirements Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50lbs and remain standing/walking for the duration of a full shift. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when merchandising and packing to ensure the right product gets to the right place. Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency is required to navigate our inventory and auditing software. Communication: Must be able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
