Experienced Leasing Consultant – Contract to Hire

Schedule: 8:30am–5:30pm
Pay: $18/hr
Type: Contract to Hire
Job Description
- To greet and tour prospective residents
- To present and lease apartment homes
- To process applications and prepare leasing files
- To manage guest cards, availability, and reports
- To support resident relations and office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous leasing experience required
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws
- Experience with leasing software (Yardi, Onesite, Entrata preferred)
- Professional communication and organizational skills
