We are looking for a Accounts Payable Lead to join our growing team!

• Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work under pressure with minimal supervision while accurately and effectively managing time and workload.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability and desire to improve/build current processes.
• Review and process vendor invoices and draws accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform 3-way matching to ensure invoices match approved PO’s and receiving information.
• Ensure expenses are charged to the correct accounts and cost centers.
• Verify all required documents (W-9, insurance, lien waivers, etc.) are received before release of payment.
• Monitor/review lien log prior to releasing payments
• Review, research and reconcile vendor statements for accuracy.
• Work with vendors/sub-contractors on resolving payment issues
• Prepare and submit monthly draws along with all required lien waivers/documents.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs.
• Review and execute approved contracts, purchase orders and change orders.
• Prepare monthly support documents to assist in financial reporting.
• Ability to work extended hours, as needed, to meet deadlines.
• Other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Competent with accounting software.
• Competent with Microsoft Office, Preferred Excel proficient.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
