Regional Sales Director
Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead growth of our clinical and anatomic pathology testing services. In this role, you will set regional sales strategy, manage a high-performing team, and build strong relationships with hospitals, physician groups, and healthcare networks. Partnering closely with operations and pathology leadership, you will drive revenue, expand market share, and ensure exceptional service that supports CPL's patient-focused, quality-driven culture. This position offers impact, visibility, and advancement in a stable, growing laboratory organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow CPL's diagnostic testing services
- Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare networks
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with operations, pathology, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for leadership
- Negotiate contracts and pricing within established guidelines
- Represent CPL at regional conferences, industry events, and client meetings
