Are you an LPN looking for a meaningful role in long-term care with a team that values your skills and compassion? Paris Health and Rehab is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive and professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on nursing experience and a strong background in long-term care (LTC). You’ll be part of a facility where your clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and leadership on the floor contribute directly to improving the lives of our residents every single day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer medications, treatments, and injections according to physician orders
2. Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status
3. Provide wound care, catheter care, and assist with PEG tubes and other clinical tasks
4. Document care accurately and timely in resident records
5. Perform resident assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
6. Supervise CNAs during shifts, ensure quality and continuity of care
7. Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings and care planning
8. Promote resident dignity, safety, and emotional well-being
9. Enforce infection control protocols and maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
10. Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies or changes in condition

Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

1. Active and unencumbered LPN license in Arkansas
2. At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
3. Strong clinical skills in medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management
4. Experience supervising direct care staff such as CNAs
5. Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
6. A team-oriented mindset with a passion for caring for the elderly
