Seeking: Case Manager / Housing Facilitator

Location: East Downtown Houston Area
Pay: $26.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Full-Time | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekends Required: Saturday & Sunday (Two Weekdays Off)

Openwork is hiring an experienced Case Manager / Housing Facilitator to support young adults (ages 18–24) as they work toward stable housing and independent living. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals access housing, community resources, and ongoing support.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with housing searches, lease applications, and move-ins
• Help participants with housing vouchers and required documentation
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
• Provide ongoing case management and support
• Maintain accurate case notes and client documentation
• Connect clients with community resources and partner agencies
• Build relationships with landlords and housing providers
• Participate in program activities and client engagement efforts

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of case management experience required
• Experience with housing programs, supportive housing, housing navigation, or housing vouchers required
• Experience working with young adults or social service programs preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or a related field required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain accurate documentation
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
