As a sales professional, you will guide clients through the entire process of purchasing a vehicle, starting from initial inquiries to the final acquisition. By establishing an engaging relationship with your guests and the ownership of their new vehicle, you will have the opportunity to earn their loyalty and secure them as a customer for life.
Job Responsibilities:
Understand and implement dealership sales process
Be responsible for every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
Present and demonstrate inventory
Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
Background and drug screening
Experience in guest services, sales, marketing, or hospitality a major plus
