Multimedia Content Specialist
What You'll Do
- Develop and design multimedia content, including video, audio, graphics, animation, and interactive media, to support our marketing and communications efforts.
- Collaborate across departments to travel to college and university campuses to capture video and b-roll to use for video testimonial campaigns.
- Edit and produce video for various platforms and uses (e.g., social, website, conferences, etc.).
- Create standard graphics and treatments for video and digital graphics that meet brand standards for quality and consistency.
- Develop creative concepts, visual ideas, and design solutions that align with TimelyCare's brand identity.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across various media and platforms, ensuring brand integrity.
- Produce final videos, designs, and assets that are ready for external use and distribution as necessary.
- Adapt content and make necessary revisions based on feedback from the marketing communications team and leaders from various departments.
- Use video and graphic design software, working with a wide variety of media to bring the TimelyCare brand to life
- Support a variety of other graphic design and multimedia content needs as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continuously improve video and design skills.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and effectively prioritizing tasks with the support of a project manager.
- Ensure all multimedia materials are stored, backed up and archived properly.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic design, communications, digital media, broadcast journalism, or related field is required
- 5+ years of work experience capturing, editing, and producing video
- Work environment is primarily remote, but being located in Dallas-Fort Worth area to support local projects is required
- Experience with ideating on, capturing, editing, and producing video testimonial campaigns is required
- Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools for video and content development
- Hands-on experience with editing software, such as Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with other forms of graphic design and graphic design programs (i.e., Adobe PhotoShop and inDesign) is preferred
- Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music and transitions
- Demonstrated knowledge of video and audio production techniques and equipment (e.g., sound, camera, lighting, etc.), with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to regularly transport heavy and bulky audio and visual equipment without assistance
- Collaborative with excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Compelling portfolio of design work across a range of creative projects
- Self-motivated and interest in working in a virtual, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
