Upscale General Managers, Executive Chefs, Chefs, and Managers needed for growing Restaurant Group in the Houston area. This will be for a High Volume Upscale Restaurant. Asian or Mediterranean a plus. The right candidates need to possess a strong passion for customer service, be upbeat, personable, and have a genuine love for hospitality. In addition, likes to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• 3-5 years minimum General Manager Experience
• 3-5 years minimum Executive Chef Experience
• 3 years minimum Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager experience
• 3 years minimum Restaurant Manager Experience
• 3 years minimum Pastry Experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Adept knowledge of P and L's, budgeting, ordering, inventory, and training.
• Servant leader mentality
• Scratch kitchen experience a plus
• 10$ million in annual revenue
