Legal Assistant - Dallas (Hybrid)

Our client is looking to add an experienced Legal Assistant to join our insurance defense litigation team. This hybrid position is based in our downtown Dallas office and offers a combination of in-office and remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in insurance defense litigation matters
- Prepare, format, and file legal documents
- Manage court deadlines and attorney calendars
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings
- Maintain case files and organize litigation documents
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of legal assistant experience in insurance defense litigation
- Knowledge of Texas state and federal court filing procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
