Top Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to restaurant standards
- Assist in menu planning and plate presentation
- Work with various cooking techniques for quality and consistency
Required Skills:
- 3 year experience in a fine dining high volume environment
- Strong knife skills and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Experience with a la carte cooking and sauce making
Salary and Benefits:
The hourly rate or salary is negotiable based on experience.
