Snelling Staffing is seeking an experienced Pediatric Medical Assistant for a busy pediatric clinic in San Antonio, TX. This position is ideal for a dependable, patient-focused professional who enjoys working with children and supporting a compassionate healthcare team. The right candidate will have hands-on pediatric experience, strong communication skills, and a caring bedside manner.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• $16.00–$18.00/hr DOE
• San Antonio, TX 78209
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit or Pay Card

PEDIATRIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT DUTIES:

• Take and record patient vitals including height, weight, and temperature
• Administer immunizations and assist with injections
• Perform basic lab tests such as strep or flu swabs as needed
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for patients
• Accurately document patient information in EMR system
• Assist providers during exams and procedures
• Communicate with parents and caregivers in a kind and professional manner
• Manage supplies and maintain inventory for exam rooms

PEDIATRIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year of pediatric medical assistant experience required
• Current MA certification preferred
• Knowledge of immunizations and common pediatric procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check
