Job Summary
Our client is currently seeking a Warehouse I role that requires basic computer skills, basic written communication skills, and the ability to operate a forklift while loading and unloading freight.
Job Description
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to apply concepts of basic math
- The work environment is very fast-paced and noisy. It is one of constant movement while performing the duties of this job.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. .
- Must be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight
- Picker and Receiving role
Skills Required
- 6+ months of related experience, 1-2 years of experience
- Forklift operations experience, and receiving and picking transactions
- Basic computer skills
- Mechanical skills, picking, packing, receiving, forklift
- Possess basic written communication skills
- English-proficient
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Additional Requirements
- Steel-toe boots
- The work environment is very fast-paced and noisy. It is one of constant movement while performing the duties of this job
- Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm
Pay Rate/Salary
- $19.00/hr.
