We are searching for a compassionate Full-time and PRN Certified Nursing Assistants to join our extraordinary team.
Shifts (Full time):
- 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
PRN (Per Diem):
- 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Salary: Starting at $14.50-16.50 an hour (based on experience).
You are excited about this opportunity because you will
- Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
- Give treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
- Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens when indicated.
- Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed.
- Answer signal lights promptly.
- Change bed linens, make beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly
- Works as a member of the team.
- Gets along well with co-workers.
- Accepts change in a positive manner.
We are excited about you because you
- Possess a current Texas Nurse Aide Certification (required)
- Successful completion of a State approved geriatric nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred. Registration with State registry required
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
