Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor - Trust Services in San Antonio, TX. Job Summary: A well-established financial institution is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor - Trust Services to manage complex fiduciary relationships, provide advanced wealth guidance, and deliver exceptional client service. This role oversees trust and agency accounts, applies fiduciary expertise, supports business development, and leads associate-level team members-all while ensuring compliance with governing documents and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Client & Fiduciary Relationship Management:

• Manage complex trust, estate, and agency accounts with strong regulatory compliance
• Build lasting client and family relationships and deliver a high-touch advisory experience
• Partner with internal specialists to meet client financial, banking, and planning needs
• Resolve client concerns and support retention and portfolio growth
• Collaborate with external advisors (CPAs, attorneys, estate planners)

• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across fiduciary and agency relationships
• Maintain and document a sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Cultivate referral partnerships with attorneys, CPAs, and centers of influence
• Participate in client acquisition, internal referral generation, and community engagement

• Review and interpret trust documents and estate planning instruments
• Apply fiduciary planning strategies to minimize risk and support client goals
• Review transactions, distributions, tax-related items, and account activity for compliance
• Coordinate asset transfers and ensure accurate cost and documentation

• Supervise and mentor associates on relationship and account management
• Model professionalism, communication, and strong fiduciary practices
• Bachelor's degree required; Law degree preferred
• Professional certifications preferred: CFPx, CFAx, CTFA
• 7+ years of fiduciary experience in personal trust or 5+ years of legal/financial planning experience
• Strong understanding of fiduciary principles, trust & estate law, and risk management
• Excellent communication, client advisory, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services; proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with FiTek is a plus
