Account Executive - HVAC Service Technician

We're seeking an HVAC/R Account Executive to join the team!
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business by selling preventative maintenance agreements to commercial and industrial clients, while maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying ongoing service needs.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and expand territory by selling HVAC/R preventative maintenance agreements
• Retain and grow existing accounts by nurturing client relationships and ensuring service satisfaction
• Understand mechanical systems to effectively quote and recommend service solutions
• Assess risk on new clients and support credit and collections efforts as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client retention
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals through strong time management and proactive outreach
• Support a positive, growth-focused team culture through mentoring and internal collaboration
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC/R or related industries
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and HVAC systems
• High school diploma or GED required
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a drug test and background check
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working on roofs and in physically demanding environments
• English fluency required; bilingual a plus
