Director of Sales Enablement

About the Job: We are seeking a Director of Sales Enablement to lead the development and execution of strategies that drive sales effectiveness. This role is responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, training, and resources needed to maximize performance. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who understands sales processes, training methodologies, and technology solutions that support a high-performing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to create training programs, sales playbooks, and content that align with business goals.
Oversee the onboarding and continuous development of sales professionals, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
Identify, evaluate, and implement sales enablement technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to assess the impact of enablement initiatives and recommend improvements.
Ensure alignment between sales and marketing teams to drive consistent messaging and lead conversion.
Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing insights and recommendations to optimize processes and drive revenue growth.
Manage and maintain a central repository of sales assets, ensuring easy access and usability for the sales team.
Stay current on industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the sales enablement function
Job Qualifications:
10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing sales enablement strategies that drive measurable results.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
