Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:45 - 07:15) Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred License: Texas RN License required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Must be willing to float to other medical/surgical/telemetry units as assigned - Travel experience strongly preferred - NIHSS required prior to starting Description: A registered nurse is needed for a night shift position in the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry specialty. The role involves providing care to patients in an observation unit. The nurse may be required to float to other medical/surgical/telemetry units as assigned. Ratios of up to 6:1 are expected for patient care. Candidates should have a strong background in travel nursing and experience in charting systems, preferably Cerner.
