DATA ENTRY CLERK
Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Job Type: (Remote)
Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems and maintaining the integrity of our company's databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases and systems
- Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors
- Maintain and update company databases with new or revised information
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for data entry and record-keeping
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
We offer a competitive salary and a positive work environment. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week for a 6-month contract. There is potential for the contract to be extended or for a permanent position to be offered based on performance and business needs.
