Seasonal Spa Ambassador | April - September 2026
As a Spa Ambassador, you will host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, ensuring our guests have a rejuvenating and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Pristine Spaces: Keep guest lockers, relaxation areas, and treatment rooms impeccably clean and sanitized.
- Linen and Toiletry Management: Distribute fresh linens and ensure locker room vanities are stocked with essential toiletries.
- Enhance Guest Experience: Foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, making each guest feel pampered and at ease.
- Guest Registration: Welcome guests, handle their registration, and ensure all necessary forms are completed.
- Payment Processing: Process various forms of payment, including room charges, credit cards, and cash.
- Reservations Management: Manage spa reservations, ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed.

- Previous spa reception experience in a spa resort or hotel spa is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for wellness and promoting a healthy lifestyle
- Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
