Job Summary: You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and managing the service process from beginning to end. Compensation & Benefits: This is a Full Time position with hourly range of $11.00 to $13.00 , paid biweekly. Responsibilities:
- Keep the lot organized
- Work with Sales and Service dept to maintain organization
- Keep up with incoming cars and keys
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Coordinate with technicians to provide timely and efficient service to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
