- Work leads, walk-ins, and phone traffic with urgency
- Build value and close deals consistently
- Follow up and manage your pipeline (CRM-driven)
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience
- Strong communicator and natural closer
- High energy and sense of urgency
- Competitive mindset
- Coachable and driven to improve
- Sales experience preferred (automotive/powersports a plus)
