AP Specialist
As the AP SPECIALIST, you will:
- Process vendor invoices and other general invoices (including raw materials & freight).
- Respond to vendor queries.
- Pull A/P reports to ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Purchase Order research.
- Identify opportunities for process
- Reconcile, analyze, and review general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and validity of transactions and company books and records.
- Support the monthly close process; ensure compliance with established timelines within the monthly close process.
- Process journal entries.
- Process raw material receipts.
- Assist the Accounting/Finance Manager with fulfilling outside financial/operational data requests.
- Identify new processes and review existing ones to create more efficient workflows and ensure controls for processes are sufficient and compliant. Leverage technology to automate processes and procedures surrounding the accounting function.

What youll need:
- Bachelors degree Preferred
- 5+ years of AP and GL experience - REQUIRED
- Advanced Excel knowledge REQUIRED
- Fully in office
- Salary: $30-35/hr
