Type of Employment: 6-Month Contract (Potential to extend)

Compensation: $20 – $22 / hour

Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our client in the Lewisville area. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong phone communication skills and a desire to take on growing responsibilities within a fast-paced office setting.

This role will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound customer calls, assisting with account inquiries, processing payments, and handling title-related documentation. A professional demeanor, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and assist customers with account-related inquiries.
• Provide detailed documentation such as payoff quotes, final invoices, and title release packets.
• Assist with lien releases and ensure accurate information is provided to customers and internal teams.
• Guide customers through online processes such as account registration.
• Update and maintain internal logs and reports as needed.
• Help with toll violation tracking for lease customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support administrative processes.
• Occasionally assist with front desk coverage and additional administrative support tasks.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls (50+ daily).
