Customer Order Management Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate working knowledge of product/service features and how they are used in customer businesses.
- Understand standard business practices and procedures.
- Handle tasks related to pre-sales service, order fulfillment, and post-sales service.
- Address and resolve moderately complex customer issues with minimal supervision.
- Communicate complex product and service information, recommending alternatives when necessary.
- Apply knowledge and skills to a variety of standard activities, working with moderate guidance.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience with ERP systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export, logistics, order management, or customer service.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related industry (medical device, healthcare supply chain, pharmaceutical).
Skills & Certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Beginner to advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Customer-focused with a track record of implementing best-in-class service levels.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptable and able to function in a changing environment.
- Action-oriented, results-driven, and proactive in seeking improvements.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma plus 3 years of experience.
