As Medical Director, you'll combine a varied clinical caseload with responsibility for supporting the medical direction of the practice. You'll work closely with the wider hospital team to maintain strong clinical standards while creating a positive environment where veterinarians and support staff can continue developing professionally. •Supporting community and client engagement Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you'll continue practicing medicine and maintaining direct relationships with clients and patients. Clinical Responsibilities The position provides excellent variety for a veterinarian who enjoys mixed animal practice. •Providing client education and preventative healthcare planning The practice operates established protocols for cases arising outside normal business hours, while routine weekend work is not required. Compensation & Benefits
