Sales Support / Sales Operations

1099 employee  Our client is entering an exciting next chapter of growth and innovation, and weâre adding a  Sales Support/ Sales Operations professional to our US team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves being the go-to person â supporting customers, managing quotes and orders, and coordinating projects behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. What youâll be doing:
⢠First point of contact for customers (phone & email)
⢠Preparing & following up on quotes and sales orders
⢠Order processing in Dynamics NAV (ERP)
⢠Coordinating installations and cross-functional workflows
⢠Partnering with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience Who this is great for:
âï¸ Background in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Sales Support / Sales Operations
âï¸ Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-driven role
âï¸ ERP experience (Dynamics NAV a plus)
âï¸ Experience or interest in healthcare, manufacturing, technical installation, or logistics is a bonus ⨠Why itâs compelling:
